Mr. Uwe Naeher has a master’s diploma in Geology from the Technical University of Munich and over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining in numerous countries in Africa, North America and Europe. He has worked as geologist and consultant for Urangesellschaft,  DeBeers, Billiton and Rio Tinto between 1988 and 2001 and he held the position as Exploration Manager for SouthernEra Diamonds from 2002 until 2009. Currently, Mr Naeher is the Head of the Conflict Minerals Certification Project in the DRC for the BGR (Federal Bureau of Geosciences and Natural Resources). He is a member with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists NAPEG in Canada and a competent Person defined by the JORC and 43-101 standards.
