Isaac Kojo Abraham is the Head of Communications at the Minerals Commission, Ghana. Isaac holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management, Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising. He is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana and previously served on the Member Services Committee of the Institute. 
He has about 23 years’ experience in Corporate and Government Sectors. He has participated and undergone several professional and industry related training and obtained varied certificates from University of Queensland, Australia, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands, Crown Agents International, United Kingdom, among others.  

Isaac has also participated in a number of both national and international annual conferences notably in recent times are; West Africa Mining & Power Exhibition / West African Mining & Power Conference, Ghana, West & Central Africa Mining Summit, Ghana, African Mining Indaba in Cape Town, Inter-Governmental Forum, in Geneva, Switzerland and Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, Canada. 

He was once the Chief Corporate Communications Manager responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility, Events Management and Regional operations at Ghana Telecom. Isaac played a key role in the migration of Ghana Telecom to Vodafone Ghana. He was a member of the Brand Migration Team responsible for External Communications that successfully launch the Vodafone RED brand in Ghana.
